Demo Terms:
Deposit = Value of new saddle + $35 shipping
If trial only, $50 is deducted from initial deposit for trial fee.
If saddle is ordered, the $50 is included w/i the payment.
On Return Shipping:
The demo should be packed properly and insured for the full amount of $2,705.00 plus the amount
of any options. The package must also be shipped via either UPS or FedEx (No US Postal Service)
and must have a tracking number. If the demo is lost or damaged and uninsured, the security
deposit will not be refunded.
Demo Cleaning Fee - If the demo is returned in an excessively dirty condition, the customer may
be charged a cleaning fee of 20% of the value of the demo (see above).
Demo Usage Rules - In order for the demo saddle to remain in prime condition, it is required that a
clean saddle pad be used between saddle and horse's back. If saddle is used directly on horse's
back, user will be subject to the cleaning fee.
Trial Period - The customer may keep the demo for 7 days (including weekend). The demo must
be returned after this period ends. If the demo is not shipped back within this time frame we will
prorate the security deposit refund at $10/day
